Lark brings chat, email, documents, approvals, calendar and the company directory into one platform. OceanAstra supplies it under a signed reseller agreement, sets it up, moves your data into it, and makes the AI inside it something your team actually uses.
What Lark is
One platform instead of five
Most companies run the working day across tools that do not know about each other: one for chat, another for mail, a third for files, a fourth for approvals. Each handover between them is a place where work waits, or quietly stops. Lark is the same working day on one platform.
Messenger, email, calendar and video meetings
Docs, Wiki, Slides and Forms, with the company directory behind them
Approval flows, so a decision leaves a record rather than a message
Base — tables, dashboards and automation built without code
AnyCross and open APIs, for the systems that are not going to move
Why buy through a reseller
What Lark's own checkout cannot do
Lark publishes its prices and will sell you a Pro plan on a credit card in about four minutes. If that is what your company needs, do that — it is faster than talking to us, and we would rather say so now than halfway through a meeting. What the checkout cannot do is the part most companies here get stuck on.
A quotation and an invoice in AED, from a company registered in Dubai under trade licence 1646635
An invoice raised against your purchase order, through the procurement cycle your finance team already runs
Payment by bank transfer, with no company card involved at any point
Vendor registration: trade licence, company documents and the forms your finance system needs before a new supplier exists in it
One contract covering the licences and the work around them, rather than a subscription on one side and a project on the other
People in your time zone for the setup, the migration and the first support call
What we do
From a quotation to a company that has moved in
A fit assessment before anyone signs anything — including telling you when Lark is the wrong answer for what you described
Tenant provisioning, domain verification, company directory, organisation structure and permissions
Migration of mail, files and directory from what you run today, as far as each can be carried across
Approval flows, forms and Base applications built around your processes rather than around a template
Integration with your ERP, finance system or internal applications through open APIs and AnyCross
Administrator enablement, end-user training, and first-line support once you are live
The AI part
The capability ships with the licence. Using it does not.
Lark has AI in the platform already, which is why so little of it gets used: the capability arrives the day the licence does, and then nothing happens. Deciding which parts of the working day are worth automating, and configuring them so people reach for them without being reminded, is a separate job that no licence performs. That job is the one we take on.
AI meeting notes and searchable minutes, so what a meeting decided stays findable
An AI teammate inside the workspace, set against your own documents, approvals and company knowledge rather than the open internet
Automation in Base, so the recurring judgement calls in a process are carried by the system rather than by whoever remembers them
Real-time translation in chat and documents, so a team that does not share one working language still works in one channel
AnyCross, so the automation reaches the ERP and the finance system instead of stopping at the chat window
A short list, agreed with you, of what is worth automating first — and what is not worth automating at all
Who this is for
Where we are worth the conversation
Thirty seats and up, where the migration matters more than the licence
Companies whose procurement cannot buy software on a credit card, and whose finance team needs a local invoice against a purchase order
Groups operating in both China and the Gulf, running Feishu at headquarters and needing the international Lark tenant here
Frontline and field operations — retail, logistics, construction — where most of the company does not work at a desk
Companies leaving Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace with years of mail and files to bring along
Tell us how your team works today.
Send the headcount, the tools you run now, and what your finance team needs to see on an invoice. We will come back with a scope, a quotation, and an honest answer about what will and will not carry across.
