Lark sets the plans and the list prices, and publishes them. We quote against those plans in AED, invoice from a Dubai company against your purchase order, and price the work around them separately, so you can see what you are paying for.
The plans
Lark's plans, at Lark's prices
Lark publishes its plans and prices on its own site, per user per month, billed annually. Those are Lark's numbers and we quote against them. We do not publish a licence price list of our own, because the plan that fits depends on seat count, storage, meeting size and which administrative controls your security team needs — and quoting before those are known produces a number that changes later.
A free tier for small teams with simple communication needs
Paid plans per user per month, billed annually, with the limits published by Lark
An enterprise plan quoted individually, for advanced security and organisational controls
Add-ons and AI products priced separately by Lark, and quoted separately by us
How we quote
Line by line, so the invoice is readable
Every product on its own line, so each item traces back to a named Lark plan
Licences, add-ons and AI products quoted separately rather than rolled into a single number
Implementation scoped and priced as its own line, with what it includes written down before it starts
Prices in AED, from a company registered in Dubai under trade licence 1646635
A quotation your finance team can attach to a purchase order without rewriting it
Purchasing
The procurement path, start to finish
Vendor registration pack — trade licence, company registration, bank details, and whatever else your system asks of a new supplier
A quotation valid for a stated period, naming the exact plans and seat counts
Your purchase order, and an invoice issued against it
Payment by bank transfer; no card at any point
Renewal quoted ahead of the anniversary rather than charged in silence, with a seat count you have had the chance to correct
What we will not do
Two things we would rather say now
We do not undercut Lark's published prices as a way of winning the deal. A discount given at signature becomes the baseline at renewal and every year after it, and the same money spent on getting the migration right is worth more to you. If price is the whole conversation, Lark's own checkout will serve you better than we will.
We also do not quote a locked multi-year price. Our own supply terms can be changed on written notice from Lark, and we are not going to sign a number we may not be able to hold. Each year is quoted on what is true that year.
Ask for a quotation.
Send the seat count, the plan you think you need, and the entity the invoice should be addressed to. If a different plan fits better, we will say so before quoting.
