OceanAstra Technologies L.L.C is a technology company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under commercial licence 1646635 issued by the Department of Economy and Tourism. OceanAstra is based in Dubai Industrial City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with its registered office at Office 08, Building R.SH.038, Saih Shuaib 2. It serves clients across the UAE, the wider GCC and Greater China.

English, Arabic and Chinese — in the product interface, the documentation, the training and the support line. Arabic interfaces use right-to-left layout rather than translated left-to-right screens.
CorpOS is OceanAstra's AI-native management platform, entered through instant messaging, in which an organisation is made up of human colleagues and AI teammates that hold defined roles and reporting lines. CorpOS is in active development. A company can also keep the messaging platform it already uses and add a CorpOS team of AI teammates to it.
CarSaas is OceanAstra's ERP for automotive trading in the Middle East, currently in development. It manages inventory at VIN level across in-transit, in-bond and showroom states, tracks purchase, shipping, customs and landed cost per vehicle, handles multi-currency settlement under UAE VAT requirements, and traces each unit from chassis number to invoice.
Flying is OceanAstra's cross-border trading system for the construction and interior fit-out industry, delivered as a tailored solution. It covers cross-border procurement, supplier and quotation collaboration across currencies and languages, logistics and customs milestone tracking, and cost collection at project level.
An AI-native system treats the operating model of the company as the product: AI teammates hold roles and carry work between systems, rather than a chat box being added to an existing screen. OceanAstra offers both routes — AI teammates who take on defined roles, or AI assistance layered onto the systems a business already runs.
OceanAstra delivers deployment, integration and support for Lark, an all-in-one digital workplace platform, and Amap, a mapping and location services platform used for logistics and field operations. The scope of each partnership is confirmed in writing during commercial discussion.
Automotive trading, and construction and interior fit-out, are the two industries OceanAstra builds dedicated systems for. Its AI organisation and integration work is not industry-specific.
Every engagement runs in four steps: understanding the process as it genuinely runs today, designing the smallest solution that addresses the real constraint, delivering in phases with a defined scope and a fixed acceptance checklist, and supporting with named contacts and agreed response targets.
Yes. OceanAstra deploys on a client's own infrastructure or on hosting it manages, and data residency is agreed in writing before implementation. All systems ship with documented APIs.
OceanAstra acknowledges every support request within one business day, and sooner during business hours of Sunday to Thursday, 09:00–18:00 Gulf Standard Time. Issues that stop a business process are treated as priority and worked continuously until a workaround or a fix is in place. Support is available in English, Arabic and Chinese.
